And you'll have the opportunity for continual growth and learning in a culture that empowers your development.Job DescriptionThe Immunodiagnostics Division (IDD) of Thermo Fisher Scientific aims to improve the management of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases by providing healthcare professionals with advanced diagnostics technologies and clinical expertise. As a Contract Specialist II, you will be instrumental in ensuring flawless execution of our contracts and compliance with our customers' contractual obligations by tracking service coverage on their equipment as well as monitoring their contractual purchase commitments. You will provide communications to our customers to ensure they have purchased service coverage for their equipment which is essential to their testing capabilities and provides for seamless support interactions between our customers, and our field service engineers and technical support staff. You will ensure billing processes are followed and that our business systems are updated to accurately reflect service coverage levels and service dates. You will work with our business analytics team and with the sales team to develop strategies to keep our customers accountable and on track with their obligations. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our ambitious initiatives and contributing to our world-class operations.What You Will Do:Review and understand business terms outlined in customers' contractsMonitor service expiration dates and obtain payment for continued service coverageCollaborate with cross function teams to ensure seamless service to our customers by communicating invoicing details and service updates to the internal teamProvide clear correspondence to inquiries for service on all equipmentSuccessfully implement and maintain accurate service coverage recordsWork with business analytics to monitor contractual purchase obligations of our customersWork with sales to provide shortfall notifications to customers and determine strategy to address any deficitsFollow up with stakeholders to address contractual remedies including possible liaison with legal teamWork with sales and internal team to address any lost customers including facilitating equipment return and termination of contractCross train and support other members of the contracting team by taking on other contracting functions to ensure support to the sales team, including but not limited to stewarding Business Associate Agreements and Marketing Outreach AgreementsKeys to Success:Outstanding written and oral communication skillsInterpersonal efficiency and rapport buildingSelf-directed, persistent and results orientedAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentStandout colleague, able to work effectively with many different peopleEducationAssociate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredExperienceInvolvement with and provision of excellent customer serviceExperience working in a collaborative team settingPrevious experience in contract management or a related subject areaKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesWillingness to learn and openness to new situationsA bias for action- tackling opportunities and challenges with high energy and passionStrong memory and ability to apply past experiences to new situationsCommunicate clearly and concisely with confidenceStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and strictly adhere to deadlinesDiligent and thorough mentality with great attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft 365 apps and servicesPrior experience and knowledge in Salesforce and Service MaxNavision ERP experience preferredPhysical Requirements / Work EnvironmentThis role primarily involves working in an office environment.BenefitsWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
