- Contract management and administration, including data entry.
- Reviews customers' terms and conditions for acceptability/compliance from quote to PO acceptance.
- Assists in negotiating, preparing, executing, administering, extending, terminating and renegotiating contracts.
- Negotiates, prepares, executes, administers legal agreements, including NDAs.
- Export Compliance support.
- Program Management support with an emphasis on contract deliverables and schedule.
- Executes and maintain current certifications required for commercial and government quotes and contracts.
- Administers and recommends credit approvals for customers.
- Evaluates or monitors contracts and customers to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts and compliance to contractual obligations.
- Administers small business plans and reporting.
- Provides Visual and VTA support for manufacturing, customer service and time reporting.
- Participates in senior level interactions with customers, program managers, sales team, executive management and engineering regarding contractual compliance and business contract issues.
- FARs knowledge a bonus. Must be willing to research FARs when required.
