Summary:Responsible for Offix Contracts process. This includes but not limited to, performing administrative duties, reviewing, and analysis of contracts to ensure compliance with contract specifications and company policies. Ensures that the contracts are secure, readily accessible and updated in the various databases as needed. Excellent communication with all departments during final review process or renewal of contracts.

You'll thrive at Offix if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

- Oversee organizational contract development and management activities and enforce organizational principles of integrity and compliance.

- Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.

- Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables.

- Ensure regular and effective communication with subordinate staff on performance, goals, and coaching

Contracts:

- Review all new contracts

- Review & Prepare credits and contract changes as needed

- Prepare any contract terminations related to customer cancelation and in-house requests

- Ensure Customers contact information is correct for billing purposes

- Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Prior work experience in a contract management role, such as purchasing or contracting.

- Experience in applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating terms and drafting contracts.

- Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions.

- Strong verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow.

- Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills, both in one-on-on and group situations.

- Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office

- Exemplify a strong attention to detail

- Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
