The Contracts Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the contracting process and assisting the legal department by maintaining business standards and practices for all things contracts related. Working closely with development and construction group members and leadership by coordinating all aspects of the contracts for the assigned real estate development project(s) that include managing, coordinating, and administering the project development process from initial concepts and planning stages, through acquisition, financing, entitlement approval and construction permitting; and performing other duties as assigned.
