What you will do:As our Control Panel Builder,you will help the Operations Team by building electrical control panels that help control and monitor one of the world's most valuable and limited resources- Water! This position works in our Detroit Lakes, MN location.The job:Every day, your primary responsibilities will be:
- Control Panel Assembly: Your daily mission involves the meticulous assembly of control panels with a focus on efficiency, workmanship, and attention to detail. You will follow bill of materials and schematics to ensure precise construction.
- Component Layout: Properly arrange back panel and enclosure-mounted components using common hand tools such as screwdrivers and wire cutters.

- What is your Paid Time Off and holiday policy? Up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in your first year and 8 paid holidays.

We currently have three shifts available, you can chose between 6:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday and 6:00 am - 11:00 am Friday or 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday and 7:00 am - 12:00 pm Friday, with the potential for more overtime as needed or Friday-Sunday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm.
- What is the pay? Starting wage is $18.25 per hour.
