Job Description:
- Control Room Operator experience at Legacy gas power plant.
- Supercritical unit operating experience.
Minimum Qualifications and Education:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-year Process Technology Degree.
Minimum Experience:
- At least 5 years of power plant experience, preferably working as a control room operator or supervisor.
- 10 years of power plant operations experience.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of technology and use of computer.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to take and understand directives and complete tasks.
- Leadership skills and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead multiple activities and change priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and dependable team player.
- Ability to recognize hazards in the workplace and have the ability to mitigate the hazards.
- Ability to maintain and care for Company equipment properly and safeguard assets.
