*Reporting to CFO

*Supervising a Staff of 4

*Cash Management

*Record Intercompany Cash Transfers

*Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliations for all Operating Divisions

*Record Factor Advances and other Cash Receipts; Prepare Monthly Factor Reconciliations

*Oversee Biweekly Payrolls

*Prepare all Payroll Deductions

*Financial Statement Preparation

*Prepare and Post all General Ledger & Journal Entries

*Month-End Close

*Prepare Financial Audit Package

*KPI's

*Budgeting & Forecasting

*Special Projects

Qualifications:

*7-12 years of Corporate Accounting Experience; Ideal Candidates will have a Mix of Public/Private and a CPA

*Must Have Apparel, Retail, Consumer Products or Apparel Licensing Industry Experience

*Strong

*Advanced Excel: Quickbooks & NetSuite a plus

Base Salary 150k-175k + Bonus. Short Term Mobility to CFO at this Growing $50+ Million Sports Licensing Apparel Firm
