Position Title: Controller AssociatePay Rate: $61,600 - $82,100Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligibleto participate in IP's annual incentive plan.Category/Shift: Salaried Full-TimePhysical Location: Multiple LocationsThe Job You Will Perform:Under the day-to-day supervision of the site controller, the Controller Associate is part of a division-wide finance training effort designed to provide a structured yet flexible environment in which the Associate is exposed to all aspects of the Container business via formal courses, multi-site on-the-job training, special projects, and one-on-one feedback from the leadership of the NAC Finance group.Generally one of two exempt salaried financial personnel at the manufacturing site.
