JOB LOCATION Johns Creek, GA (on-site)POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Controller to join our team at our headquarters in Johns Creek, GA. The Controller at our headquarters manages the month-end close, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and debt compliance while coordinating the annual audit and budget development.RESPONSIBILITIES Listed below are both tactical and strategic events/job responsibilities, which will be discussed and reviewed during the interview process.
- Monthend close - Manage corporate G/L close in Microsoft Dynamics 365 including all JEs, amortizations, and reconciliations. Analyze results to Budget/Forecast, distribute intercompany charges, and ensure intercompany balancing between facilities.
- Monthly Financial Statements - Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements including Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and Income Statement for consolidated company.
- Monthly reporting - Produce and distribute monthly headcount report. Assist with assembly of the Board Deck, including analysis and interpretation of site and consolidated results.
- Cash Management - Maintain 10 week rolling cash forecast, initiate transfers between sites/accounts, post transactions, and reconcile balances.
- Debt compliance - Manage debt model and expense add-back tracking and reporting. Assist with preparation of debt covenant compliance reporting.
- Vendor payments - Manage approvals of corporate vendor invoices, approve A/P payments, and initiate wire transfers.
- Company credit card management - (Spend Dynamics) Issue, cancel, and manage limits for company cards.
- Expense report management - (Concur) Setup new users, map cards, reset passwords, approve reports. Submit reimbursement reports to payroll.
- CAPEX management - Manage CAPEX approvals, assign Project IDs, and track spending (for corporate projects).
- Annual Audit coordination - Coordinate the annual audit as a liaison between the audit firm and site Controllers and provide support for corporate transactions.
- Annual Budget development - Develop the annual Budget for corporate, provide guidance to site Controllers for intercompany charges, and assist with the consolidation of all sites for unified presentation.
- Tax coordination - Provide financials to external tax advisors and process payment of tax liabilities via online portals and checks.
- Ad hoc analysis, reporting, and project responsibilities as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA Degree, with major or emphasis in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Accounting
