This role involves a variety of tasks related to accounting functions, accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and budget processes.CPA and CPG is MANDATORY ... only applicants with CPG and CPA will be consideredApplicants can apply by sending your resume to Joe Ciavardini via LinkedIn or email me at joe.ciavardini@roberthalfResponsibilities: Implement and manage Accounting Software Systems, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing and other financial transactions Ensure compliance with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) regulations in all financial operations Implement and manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to streamline business processes Develop and implement ERP Solutions that meet organizational needs Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections Conduct regular audits to ensure financial information accuracy and compliance with regulations Manage budget processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting.Requirements Extensive experience in managing accounting functions Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems Solid knowledge of ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with DCAA regulations and requirements Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions Ability to oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Experience in auditing and implementing audit recommendations Ability to manage and streamline budget processes Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across the organization Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred Proven track record of implementing financial controls and processes Ability to interpret and analyze financial data to drive business performance Strong ethical standards and integrity.Job typePerm
