- Supporting the CEO to create and deliver growth strategies and plans
- Critically appraising capital allocation choices, ensuring alignment with strategy and key performance metrics
- Developing and leading a small but strong finance team
- Running the financial close process, including reconciliations, job costing and journal entries
- Leading the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
- Maintaining a robust financial control and compliance environment
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of full cycle accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Cost Accounting experience
- Must have a growth and development mindset
- Analytical thinker
- Honest Direct and Respectful communication style
