Job DetailsWe are seeking a Controller who will be responsible for overseeing financial operations within our Entertainment Payroll Service company. Controller will manage manage a small accounting team, supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. The controller is also responsible for ensuring that the company remains compliant with all relevant financial regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the accounting department and staff
- Overseeing financial reporting and analysis
- Developing and monitoring budgets
- Implementing financial controls and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Coordinating with external auditors
- Providing financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Managing cash flow and working capital
- Assisting with strategic financial planning and forecasting
The ideal candidate for a controller position should have a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
