Job Description- Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, AR, AP, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
- Prepare and publish timely financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
- Liaise with external auditors

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5-8 years of accounting experience
- Proven experience in a Big 4 accounting firm, with a focus on affordable housing or construction clients
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
