This role requires an individual with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and consolidating financial data, supervising accounting and finance departments, creating strategic plans for financial operations, and preparing both internal and external financial statements. The role also involves ensuring compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations, developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and investments, and communicating financial information to management and stakeholders. Responsibilities:1. Collect and consolidate financial data for analysis and decision-making purposes.2. Supervise the accounting and finance departments, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all operations.3. Develop strategic plans for financial operations to support company growth and profitability.4. Prepare internal and external financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.5. Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, laws, and regulations, including GAAP.6. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and investments, aligning with company goals and objectives.7.
