They are seeking a Controller to join their team in their NYC office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial stability and growth
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets, manage costs, and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow to optimize financial health
What they are looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting
- Hospitality background a big plus
- Proficiency in accounting software, including experience with Restaurant 365 and NetSuite, and strong computer skills
- Experience managing financial operations, including lease accounting, cash control, and reconciliation of books
