Our ideal candidate is a certified public accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in the finance industry and a deep understanding of the beverage manufacturing sector, particularly in wine and CPG. You will be responsible for overseeing our accounting and financial systems, ensuring compliance with GAAP, conducting bank audits, and managing our budgeting and forecasting processes. The successful candidate will also have experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Financial Consolidation, and Close Cloud systems. Responsibilities1. Oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with GAAP.2. Manage and conduct bank audits, providing detailed reports and recommendations.3. Implement and manage the company's accounting reporting systems, utilizing Oracle Fusion, Oracle Financial Consolidation, and Close Cloud systems.4. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash balances.5. Conduct detailed cost allocations and manufacturing cost accounting, ensuring accurate and fair distribution of costs.6. Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed and accurate financial projections.7. Collaborate with FP&A teams to analyze financial data and develop strategies to improve financial performance.8. Maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the finance industry, preferably in the beverage manufacturing sector.4. Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Financial Consolidation, and Close Cloud systems.5. Proven experience with bank audits, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.6. Deep understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles and regulations.7. Experience with general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash balance management.8. Strong experience in cost allocations and manufacturing cost accounting.9. Prior experience working with Big 4 auditors is preferred.10.
