ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full-time, in-office finance position located in Pataskala, OH, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. As our Controller, you start your day overseeing payroll, bookkeeping, and job costing, ensuring every transaction is accurate and every number adds up. With a focus on budgeting and forecasting, you provide insights that shape strategic decisions and keep us on track financially. Throughout the day, you navigate QuickBooks with ease, track inventory, and collaborate with senior leaders to optimize our processes. By day's end, you've reinforced our financial health and made an impact on how we plan for the future. The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- 5+ years of experience as a Controller or higher-level financial management role
- Fluent in QuickBooks
- Skilled in payroll, bookkeeping, budgeting, and forecasting
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
