Join Our Team as a Controller at True Rx Health Strategists!

True Rx Health Strategists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to oversee and manage the accounting operations for our dynamic healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and accounting expertise to ensure the efficient financial management and reporting for the company.

As the Controller, you will direct all accounting functions within the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and a strong internal control environment. You will manage key financial processes, lead a team, and work closely with the executive leadership to provide strategic financial guidance.

Hybrid; on site in Washington, IN on an as needed basis

What You'll Do:

• Oversee Accounting Operations: Lead and manage financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, monthly close processes, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, regulatory filings, and treasury functions.
• Internal Controls: Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a robust internal control environment across all financial activities.
• ERP Transition: Lead the preparation for the future transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Evaluate business requirements, assist in selecting a new system, and play a key role in the system implementation.
• Financial Advisory: Provide financial guidance to the Executive Team and other leadership regarding financial performance, strategies, and business decisions.
• Project Management: Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned, contributing to continuous process improvements and overall company growth.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related finance field (required). CPA designation preferred.
• Experience: At least 8 years of accounting experience with a proven track record of leadership in financial operations.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and specialized accounting software.
• Experience with ERP systems is required; previous experience leading an ERP transition is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a dynamic environment, particularly in healthcare, is a plus.
