- Oversee General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Financial Statement Preparation, Medicare Cost Reporting, IRS 990 Preparation, Budget Preparation, and Grant Financial Management, including reporting, compliance, and application support.
- Manage Month and Year-End Closing, Audit Preparation, and maintain Affiliate Financial Records and Statistical Database to ensure accuracy and timely financial reporting.
Technical Skills and Software Proficiency
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills are required.
- Experience with healthcare finance systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic, or similar) is a plus, supporting efficient financial data management in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in payroll operations, demonstrating knowledge of payroll processing, compliance, and best practices within organizational financial protocols.
Leadership and Team Management
- Provides leadership and mentorship to accounting and payroll staff, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to financial protocols and organizational standards.
- Responsible for staff training, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment that supports professional growth.
Organizational Collaboration and Growth
- Actively partners with department heads to maintain financial integrity, provide insights for strategic decision-making, and ensure alignment with organizational financial goals.
- Reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and offers a pathway for advancement within the finance department for individuals committed to enhancing healthcare operations and financial management.
Hours: Full TimeSalary: $90,000 - $160,000 annually based upon experience and education. RequirementsExperience:

Education:
