Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of experience in financial management, including 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
