What You'll Accomplish:

* Implement and optimize financial systems to improve reporting and forecasting

* Maintain Woodard's high standards in compliance, risk management, and financial integrity
What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
* 7+ years' experience with progressive leadership in accounting, risk management, and financial operations, preferably within construction or restoration
* Proven track record in strategic financial planning, team development, risk management, and systems implementation
* Strong command of financial and job cost systems, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Salesforce, Certinia, or similar ERP systems
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to leading change
