Job Summary:The Controller will oversee and manage our accounting and finance functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with our strategic goals. This role will lead finance teams, support budget and forecasting activities, and work closely with leadership to drive financial performance and transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee financial records, monthly financial statements, and cash flow planning• Lead and develop finance teams, ensuring quality control and compliance• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual reports to forecast financial performance• Coordinate budget preparation, financial forecasts, and variance analysis• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and tax filings• Develop and refine accounting processes to enhance internal controls• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on finance and operational improvements• Drive finance transformation initiatives and strategic finance projectsRequirementsSkills & Qualifications:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.• CPA preferred (not required).• Strong leadership, communication, and managerial skills.• Familiarity with GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus.• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V, H and X LOOKUP).Salary Description $70,000 to $100,000
