About the Role

As Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of Hack Club and Hack Club Bank, our technology-driven fiscal sponsorship program. You'll oversee financial operations, mentor a small team, and collaborate closely with leadership to drive strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Provide clear, strategic oversight of budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Operational Excellence: Manage payroll, audits, tax compliance, and grant reporting.
• Process Innovation: Improve financial systems and processes to scale with organizational growth.
• Team Mentorship: Lead and develop a talented team of two finance professionals.
• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with leadership to support Hack Club's evolving mission.
