We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.Why join us?Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Job DetailsFinancial Reporting & Analysis:Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Oversee the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.Budgeting & Forecasting:Develop and manage the company's annual budget and financial forecasts.Monitor budget performance and variance analysis, recommending corrective actions as necessary.Accounting Operations:Supervise the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and reconciliation of accounts.Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger and ensure adherence to accounting standards.Compliance & Controls:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and accounting principles.Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure timely completion.Financial Strategy:Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.Provide strategic financial advice and support for business decisions and investments.Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and support to team members.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred).Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.Experience with financial software and ERP systems; familiarity with manufacturing industry standards is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.High level of integrity and attention to detail.Interested in hearing more?
