The Controller will oversee financial operations, focusing on reporting accuracy, cost control, and strategic financial planning for the company's construction projects.   • Financial Management & Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with standards and delivering insights to leadership.
  • Project Financial Oversight: Collaborate with project managers to track budgets, analyze variances, and control costs throughout various project phases.
  • Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Oversee cash flow, ensuring liquidity for operational needs, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Work closely with senior leadership on long-term financial planning, evaluating new business opportunities, and providing insights for financial strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, establish internal controls, and oversee audit processes.
  • Leadership: Guide and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented culture.Profile
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA highly preferred, with a Master's or MBA as a plus.
    • 7+ years in accounting and finance, with 1+ years in leadership roles. Experience in construction accounting and general contracting is strongly preferred.
    • Expertise in construction financials, job costing, and project management software (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint, or Buildertrend), along with advanced Excel skills.Job Offer
