RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Administrator with our Controllers Group, located in Cohoes, NY.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bill corporate and individual clients for service fees
  • Generate and send client and corporate statements of accounts and collection letters
  • Post daily cash receipts in Peoplesoft AR and balance accordingly
  • Process credit card payments
  • Follow up with corporations regarding collection of past due accounts
  • Assist clients and associates with billing related inquiries
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
    • Minimum of one year of experience working in accounts receivable preferred; two to three years of experience in a professional office environment required
    • Strong knowledge of MS software, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
    • Commitment and ability to manage deadlines and contribute to a dynamic and fast paced office environment
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail.
