Job Description:
Work as a collaborative team member on engineering projects Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Production, New Model, etc. for project planning, analysis of product requirements, and to outline proposed test cases Independently lead software efforts for small development project/initiatives. Maintain controls programs, hardware, and software. Troubleshoot, repair, and implement C/M(s) for electrical issues. Identify and implement efficiency improvements. Lead/support investigations for NG product built/shipped. Ensure equipment compliance with safety regulations/standards. Execute action items to support business plan goals. Resolve defects and change requests to improve product quality and functionality Work independently with minimal supervision on routine activities Provide project progress reports to management. Administer performance reviews and set performance improvement requirements. Support 5S activities. Required Skills & ExperienceSolid experience with networked PLC systems Experience in development using multiple operating systems, Siemens PLC, Allen-Bradley PLC, B&R PLC, Mitsubishi PLC, Windows CE, Linux OS is preferred New Hire Orientation Safety Orientation ISO Orientation PLC Programming Degree/Certificate Laser weld and resistance welding knowledge Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
