Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for our in house industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering with expertise in automation, robotics, and control technologies.Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems using Allen Bradley and ABB technologies.
- Integrate HMI and SCADA systems into manufacturing processes.
- Program and troubleshoot CNC machinery and systems.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize ladder logic for designing and debugging control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Controls Engineer in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Allen Bradley and ABB control systems.
- Strong understanding of HMI and SCADA applications.
- Experience with CNC programming and operation.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
- Familiarity with ladder logic programming and control system integration.
