Job Description:
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for our in house industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering with expertise in automation, robotics, and control technologies.Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop control systems using Allen Bradley and ABB technologies.
  • Integrate HMI and SCADA systems into manufacturing processes.
  • Program and troubleshoot CNC machinery and systems.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Utilize ladder logic for designing and debugging control processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Controls Engineer in an industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in Allen Bradley and ABB control systems.
  • Strong understanding of HMI and SCADA applications.
  • Experience with CNC programming and operation.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
  • Familiarity with ladder logic programming and control system integration.
