Implementing changes effectively will contribute to continuous improvement and meet the evolving needs of the function.**Education/Experience**+ High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.+ Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.**QUALIFICATIONS****Additional Information**+ Ability to solve complex, repetitive & top identified problems & lead team to solution & Training.+ Ability to lead multiple projects independently with cross functional team related to existing & new equipment's, this includes PO creation, managing cash flow, updating plant leadership on project status, and ensuring the timeline is met.+ Ability to design electrical architecture (includes panel design, electrical prints, network design, power distribution and spec out electrical BOM) for new or existing equipment.+ Awareness of working with Servo, VFDs, vision application and able to trouble shoot issues.+ Awareness of various communication protocols (ethernet, devicenet, serial, OPC etc.) and able to trouble shoot issues.+ Controls Engineering Knowledge - Applies the application of controls hardware and software by specifying, reviewing, and approving company-owned and/or supplier designs for new or upgrades to existing equipment to interface with all levels of manufacturing systems.+ Controls Networking - Implements new and improved technologies and methods capable of transferring information from multiple inputs either within a local production process or into databases to link machines together or to analyze the process for overall operation enhancements.**Job** Manufacturing**Organization** Cummins Inc.**Role Category** On-site**Job Type** Shop**ReqID** 2406358**Relocation Package** No**Cummins and E-Verify**At Cummins, we are an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer dedicated to diversity in the workplace.
