Position Summary As a Controls Technician,you'll provide additional controls group coverage across all shifts, ensure adequate coverage during plant startups, and assist Controls Technical Specialists.
- Provide technical support for the safe operation of plant electrical infrastructure, safety systems, control systems, variable frequency drives, and operator interfaces.
- Provide calibration and tuning services.
- Provide support for systems, safety, security, policy, procedure, and drawing integrity.
- Support corporate and division Engineering and IT personnel with maintenance and installation of plant and corporate controls initiatives.
- Adhere to all Safety and NPPC manufacturing systems guidelines.
Requirements - High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ years of applicable experience in electronics, electricity, and electrical troubleshooting and working knowledge of automation systems and plant power distribution systems
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $38.70. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
