Job Requirements
- Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical / hydraulic equipment such as assembly cells, conveyor systems, robots, and various other production machines and equipment
Job Qualifications
- Proficient in PLC and robotic programming, including diagnosing issues via HMI or PLC
- Skilled in repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic prints
- Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in identifying machine malfunctions and quality issues in welded assemblies
- Experienced in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, with 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledgeable in SAP and preventative maintenance of conveyors, presses, motors, and pneumatic tools
- High school diploma or GED required; vision system experience is preferred
- Ability to work 2nd shift
