HT specializes in custom build-to-specification applications where thermal performance, weight, structural and reliability are key considerations. HT provides Engine Surface Coolers, Fuel-Cooled Oil Coolers, Air-Cooled Oil Coolers, high temperature Buffer/Pre-Coolers, and bundled Heat Exchanger/Fan/Blower/Duct systems for the most challenging applications/requirements.POSITION SUMMARY Set up and operate conventional machinery for the manufacture of aerospace productsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Set up and run conventional milling machine • Machine detail parts and final assemblies from engineering drawings and work instructions using custom fixtures. • Work to close tolerances ( +/- 0.001 )SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/AEducation and/or Experience • High school diploma • Minimum 5 years as a conventional machinistLanguage Skills Must be conversant in, read, write and understand EnglishOther Skills and Abilities • First piece inspection • Ability to read blueprints and work instructions for setups • Due to contracts with the United States Government, the candidate must be either a US Citizen or Green card holder.Equipment Used • Milling Machine (Bridgeport) • Lathe • Drill Press • Vertical band sawCompensationSalary Minimum: $60,000 Salary Maximum: $80,000 Incentive: No Disclaimer: Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
