A rapidly expanding ABA company in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee operations, drive efficiency, and build infrastructure to support the company's growth and scalability. This role requires a visionary leader who can streamline processes, resolve bottlenecks, and create a sustainable framework for future expansion.
Responsibilities Include:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently across departments.
- Process Improvement: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, implementing strategies to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Infrastructure Development: Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions to support company growth and expansion plans.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and drive data-informed decision-making.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in a senior operations role, preferably within the ABA or healthcare industry, with experience in scaling operations and infrastructure development.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve operational excellence.
