CEO for ABA Company

Brooklyn, NY

Strictlyin-office 5 days a week

$150K- $225K

We are a growing ABA company, currently operating with a dedicated team of 25 in-office employees and over 200 professionals. With an ambitious goal to grow in size by the end of the year, we are seeking a visionary CEO who is ready to lead from the trenches, inspire the team, and drive the company's growth and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visionary Leadership: Develop and communicate the company's strategic vision to achieve growth targets and long-term success.
  • Strategy & Growth: Formulate and execute a strategic plan to grow the company's size by year-end, ensuring scalability in operations, clinical services, and business processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a leadership team consisting of the Clinical Director, Operations Director, and Finance Director to align goals and foster team collaboration.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and manage the operational aspects of the business.
  • Clinical & Client Success: Support the clinical team and ensure that ABA services are of the highest quality and meet the needs of clients.
  • People Management: Lead a team of 25 in-office employees, 100 BCBAs, and 100-150 PARA professionals with energy, enthusiasm, and a start-up attitude.
  • In-the-Trenches Leadership: Be an active, visible leader in the office, setting the tone for a culture of hard work, commitment, and team-oriented success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading high-growth organizations, in the healthcare, home care or ABA industry.
  • A strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in scaling businesses and managing large, diverse teams.
  • A team player who is comfortable working in a start-up-like environment and has a hands-on, collaborative approach.
