Forvis Mazars has been engaged to assist a well-established real estate company in Bowling Green looking for their next CFO/COO. A full relocation package can be offered if necessary.

The opportunity is open due to the current CEO wanting a right hand strategic partner that can help with the natural growth of the organization. Along with assisting in a strategic/operational capacity, you will also utilize your financial knowledge to help ensure that strategic initiatives are financially sound. The organization is the real estate arm of a family office that is well known for fostering strong growth and a great culture. Compensation is lucrative and includes a strong Salary, Bonus and Profit Sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or operations
• 10+ years of experience within operations and/or finance for a developer and/or management company
• 5+ years of strategic implementation within real estate
• 5+ years of project management within real estate
• 5+ years of financial leadership within real estate, preferred
