The COO will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and implement strategies that will help the company achieve its goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that promote company culture and visionOversee all departments and ensure that they are working together effectivelyDevelop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costsEnsure that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulationsCollaborate with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and implement long-term strategic plansProvide leadership and guidance to all employeesMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvementDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partnersManage the company's budget and financial performanceIdentify and manage risks that may impact the company's operationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field10+ years of experience in a senior management roleProven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies of Space SystemsStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience in the industry is a plusClearedPreference:General or Colonel who is retiring or retired with deep rooted in Space Force Command or Operations.Colorado Springs based.#J-18808-Ljbffr
