St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Dover, NH is a 54-bed facility offering short and long-term care in a warm and supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. We are proud to be a part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire's continuum of care.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full time Cook to join our team at our long-term care nursing facility. If you have previous supervisory experience in a food service setting and are passionate about preparing nutritious and delicious meals for our residents, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established menus, ensuring high quality and adherence to dietary guidelines.
- Assist in planning and executing special meals and events.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Serve as a backup to the Food Service Director, stepping in to manage kitchen operations and oversee kitchen staff as needed.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring consistent food quality and service.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED• ServSafe Certification (strongly preferred)
- Must possess at least one year's experience in food service facility, preferably in a long term care setting
- Must have knowledge of sanitary procedures
