The Cook role will include culinary functions with a restaurant and banquet focus.This role will rotate within hot line stations, banquet menu order preparation and sauté & grill stations. Candidate must have at least one year of Culinary experience.The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about culinary excellence and has the skills and expertise to prepare the finest culinary creations. It is also someone who has a service attitude, a drive to succeed and someone who thrives in a team environment. Candidate must have one year of Culinary experience in a full-service menu environment.**This position is for AM SHIFT, First shift. Candidate must have availability to work from 5am until 1pm and/or 7am-3pm.**Technical Requirements:
- Must demonstrate intermediate knowledge of culinary skills and food safety guidelines
- Able to work in a team atmosphere as well as independently
