- The Cook role is responsible for preparation of foods for patients, guests, residents, and employees. Assures the facility's cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: Food safety certification required (e.g., ServSafe).
- Experience: One year of relevant food production experience required. One year of specialized culinary training or institutional/retail cooking experience preferred.
