Do you work well independently and on a team? Are you customer-services oriented, have cooking experience, and exceptional attention to detail? If your answer is yes, then you could be our next cook!

Under the supervision of the Building Manager, the Cook, is responsible for preparing and cooking entrees on a large scale, preparing baked goods, and following New York State Health Department guidelines. A full-time position is 40 hours per week and a part-time position would consist of about 20 to 24 hours a week, with a generous benefits package that includes leave time, retirement and insurance.

Required Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent military service and training. Skills in basic arithmetic. Ability to lift seventy five (75) pounds. One year experience in quantity food preparation. Must take weights and measures assessment. Knowledge of commercial kitchens. Ability to cook on a large scale. The ability to work cohesively on a team in a fun but fast-paced environment.
