Job Description:
This position is responsible for the preparation of soups, sandwiches, entrees of a medium complexity. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Able to create & execute daily specials. Prepare dishes via grilling, cooking & sauteing. Responsible for scheduling, training & assist in the supervision of all subordinate cooks. Cut and dice meats and vegetables. Read food order tickets in English. Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the F&B Department. Restock all items as needed throughout shift. Assist with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas. Performs other job related duties as assigned. Qualifications Skill in professional cooking, knife handling skills, and preparing a variety of foods. Knowledge of maintenance and care of culinary facilities, equipment, supplies and materials.
