**Job Description** :
In this role you will:
Must be able to follow Army Recipes to prepare Fresh Soups, sauces, stews, etc.
Must know food temperatures to cook food properly.
Needs to know the cooking methods Braising, Roasting, Saut , Grill
Needs to be able to direct Junior cooks
Needs to be able to identify different cuts on Beef, Poultry, Fish, Pork
Must have worked in a commercial kitchen feeding up to 250 meals per meal period
**Qualifications:**
The ideal candidate will possess:**?**
-2-5 years of high volume cooking experience
-ServSafe certified
-Previous supervisor experience
-Some formal culinary training is a plus
-Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities a plus
-Bilingual English and Spanish speaking a plus
