Overview:
The responsibility of our kitchen team members is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures to satisfy restaurant demand and exceed customers expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains verbal communication with FOH
- Monitors the quality of food
- Marinating and breading chicken
- Ensuring chicken is properly inspected
- Following receipts accordingly
- Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards
- Follow protocol chicken forecast
- Filtration of the oil to ensure quality standards
- Thoroughly clean equipment
- Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
- Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
- Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
