in our award-winning hotel! * Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation for all culinary departments (Outlets, Banquets, In-Room Dining, Employee Dining)

* Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements

* Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies

* To consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues

* Any other tasks that may be assigned

* Creative and passionate about food and customer service

* Must be able to work any shift assigned, such as holidays, weekends, mornings, afternoons and evenings.

* Able to work in a high-pressure environment

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player

* Previous experience in the culinary field required

* Journeymans papers or international equivalent an asset

* Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline an asset

* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

* Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

* Responsible for State & Federal Food Handlers certification (mandatory)
