Through your work, you will build relationships with your team along with our patients and residents.What You Offer
- Willingness to fill in and pick up open shifts.
- Stand or walk for the majority of the shift and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and team-player mentality.
- Pass a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
