They are therefore our most precious resource. Essential Functions: 1. Perform defined work routines. 2. Provide assistance in kitchen and dining rooms for service and meals. 3. Meet schedule meal times. 4. Follow cleaning schedule and perform cleaning duties as scheduled. 5. Assist in building trays, loading food carts, serving, cleaning dining rooms and kitchen areas. 6. Wash and store dishes. 7. Follow established reporting procedures, food and equipment temperatures, etc. 8. Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies. 9. Follow safety codes. Perform other dutes as assigned. 10.Prep Cook relief. 11. Preperation of sandwiches and hot food for modified diets according to production sheets.
