Position Summary Preparing delicious and nutritious meals following company and state guidelines. Must be able to follow set menus for meals. Responsible for maintaining supplies and food items. Assist in checking in and storing incoming food and supplies according to food service standard. Assist with planning special meals for Special Events, Parties and Banquets. Maintain food safety standards. Check special diets for residents food plan. Report equipment and supply needs to supervisor. Maintain daily checklist for food services as assigned. Attend monthly service training. Qualifications Be Kind and Compassionate. Be a Team Player and work well with others. Ability to read and follow written and verbal direction. Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Ability to communicate any issues concerning Residents to Director as needed. Pass required training provided, both by computer based courses and on-site mentoring. CPR certification is required and is provided by the company. Must be able to perform all duties as provided on job description without restrictions.
