DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY
- Prepares food for specialized diets such as Mech Soft, Pureed, Gluten Free, & more
- Prepares food items and serves food to residents within scheduled time-frame
- Complies with state sanitation codes.
- Directs food serve and dining service functions.
- Maintains the quality of food prepared and samples the food to ensure the quality of the food served to the residents.
- Ensures that resident food preferences are known and followed.
- Ensures staff, resident and guest meals are accounted for daily.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIOINS & SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Maintain current Food Handlers card
- Pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.
Actual pay rate will be calculated based on relevant years of experience and education/certification requirements.WHAT WE OFFER
