Unlike other cooking positions in hospitality (restaurants, hotels, resorts), in this role you'll have the opportunity to build life-long relationships serving our residents and experience their gratitude for a job well-done. Additionally, late shifts are not part of this job, so you can get home and enjoy your nights! Working as a Cook with our Dining Team, You will: •Be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, including properly preparing, serving, and storing food •Ensure the special dietary needs of residents are met •Make a significant contribution to our residents' quality of life by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency of meals prepared and served •Demonstrate organizational skills around time management •Work in a team environment where communication is key •Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living We are looking for great people that encompass: •Care and compassion •Open-mindedness •The desire to make a difference If you have the above qualities, we are willing to mentor and train you to be part of the dining services team at a Cascade Living Group community.
