FUNCTIONS AND JOB DUTIES: Cook and prepare food according to approved menus.Direct activities of those who assist in preparing and serving meals.Take inventory of supplies and equipment.Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, quality standards, cost parameters, and appropriateregulatory requirements.
